About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager 2-4 years of experience who is responsible for the day-to-day Project Management activities to join our team & will be reporting to Associate Director, Product Solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with project team to develop / understand project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources required.
• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) for project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication among team members, management, Clients and other stakeholders.
• Sort any dependencies and drive the tasks/projects to closure.
• Monitoring the daily status of the projects.
• Define business strategies and organizational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple major projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects
• Collaborate and mutually support relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders, cross- functional project team to enhance the results of project/ program management.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed about project progress, milestones and potential issues.
• Prepare and share regular project status reports, highlighting key metrics, progress and deviations from the project plan.
• Monitor and address any potential issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring project activities to ensure compliance with established standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with AI/Automation teams to manage POCs and ensure timely delivery of AI-driven projects including Chatbots, Voicebots, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of AI POCs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and success criteria.

Additional Skills

• Should have a basic / foundation knowledge in Project Management processes.
• Must have technical knowledge in SaaS based products
• Experience in leading a project
• Must have knowledge in APIs, Cloud based deployments, Hybrid deployments and Private cloud deployments.
• A high-level knowledge in AWS is must
• Experience in project management tools like JIRA
• Any project management certification would be an added advantage

Profile Requirements
Basic criteria

• Masters Degree in Engineering or MBA or its equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
