About the Hackathon

Ozonetel Hackathon is an opportunity for developers to experiment with Generative AI and develop solutions that solve real-world challenges in the customer experience space. Participants will compete virtually over a week to create innovative chatbots that drive contextual and meaningful conversations with customers.

The Challenge

Use Ozonetel’s WhatsApp and ChatGPT APIs to build intelligent and intuitive chatbots that are capable of:
  • Providing engaging, and contextual responses, while creating an interactive experience for end customers
  • Using Generative AI to build solutions that enhance messaging experience, automate tasks, and provide valuable information
  • Integrating with core applications such as ERP, CRM, or HCM to retrieve end-user data and provide personalized responses
Solve real-world challenges and use cases in the customer experience space.
