Murthy Chintipalati, Founder & CEO

As the CEO, I work every day with our team to ensure clients have the best software to improve customer satisfaction and agent experience. I started Ozonetel along with my co-founders by leveraging the core strengths of our team to solve the most pressing enterprise communication challenges. Even after a decade leading Ozonetel, I make a point of being available in real time to address my clients’ needs. I have been an entrepreneur for 25 years and building new ventures from scratch is still my favorite pastime.

Atul Sharma, Chief Technology Officer

My job includes identifying the right technology for the platform, making it future proof and highly scalable while keeping the overall cost affordable for our clients. I’m responsible for managing and driving the technology team for network, telecom, application, security, operations, delivery, pre-sales. I bring deep domain knowledge of self-service applications & Customer Interaction Management to bear on the solutions Ozonetel delivers. My background in the enterprise telecom space includes working with Avaya, AT&T, and Tellme in the U.S. I’m audiophile and in love with various forms of Indian music. If I’m not working, I’m listening to and collecting original records, cassettes, and CDs.

Chaitanya Chokkareddy, Chief Innovation Officer

I work with the latest technological breakthroughs and see what innovative products can be built on top of them. This includes grid computing, cloud computing, cloud telephony, WebRTC, No SQL databases, and now AI. I make sure that the right technology can be used in the Ozonetel stack at the right time. I have more than 15 years of experience working with the latest tools and I love bringing the latest research to life and applying it to our industry. When I’m not innovating, I like to give back to the startup community. I am an active participant in the startup ecosystem and advise startups on technology in my free time.

Rajiv Bharathan, Sr. VP of Sales

As a sales leader, I collaborate closely with clients to find the best solutions to their call center challenges. Since 1980, I’ve worked in sales across IT and Telecom with major companies like HCL, HP, Wipro, and Reliance Communications. I’ve been with Ozonetel since 2012. I am passionate about being in the thick of the action from landing new accounts to helping existing customers get more out of our platform. Clients know me for being a person who walks his talk, committing to what I can do and following through every time. Outside of work, my interests are Cricket, wildlife, and travel to remote destinations.
