About the Role
We are looking for a for Sr VOIP Engineer with 5 years of Experience to join our team to drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be required to build, grow and lead a high-performing group of engineers, managers and quality assurance personnel. While delivering high-quality products on time to meet business growth
objectives, you will also be designing and setting up engineering processes.
Reporting to Tech Lead – Software Development of Engineering & the key responsibilities would be to:
• Minimum 5 years experience in SIP & VOIP domain
• Hands on asterisk is must. Understanding of asterisk dialplan, SIP trunk configuration, AGI & debugging asterisk issues.
• Good knowledge of debugging and resolving voice issues. Understanding of RTP and CODECs.
• Experience in open source technologies SIP stacks, opensips/kamailio are preferred.
• Good debugging & problem solving capabilities and individual performers.
• Knowledge of network tracing tools tcpdump, wireshark or tshark.
• Hands on WebRTC debugging issues.
• Hands on SIP phone configuration and debugging.
• Domain experience of min 5 years in product management lifecycle.
• Candidates have working experience in Unix/Linux platform.
