About the Role

We are looking for a Presales/Solutions Engineer with 8+ years experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Presales/Solutions Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Experience in IT Products and Platforms
  • Enable Account Executive to target sales
  • Lead product Demos in detail, work with client on POCs, 
  • Integrate CRMs, configure CCaaS for clients etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, articulation and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in English

Presales/Solutions Engineer Requirements

Must Have :

  • Technical expertise will almost certainly be in infrastructure software like databases, message queues, SaaS, microservices or Big Data products. 
  • An affinity with opensource is also a given. As you will be working with our customer to architect the right solution you must be conversant in programming languages (Java, Python etc) through to data pipelines and the surrounding eco systems.

Good to Have :

  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel

About You

  • IT Graduate / MBA in marketing
  • Certifications in Technical Domains, listed Techstacks
