About the Role
We are looking for CRM Integration Specialist who can integrate our CTI withall theCRM’s like ZOHO,Sales force, Microsoft Dynamics etc.., with 3+ years of experience to join our team to drive growth in South region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities – CRM Integration’s Lead
● He/she should have experience in CTI Integrations with different typesof CRM’s like Salesforce,ZOHO,Freshdesk,MS Dynamics etc..,
● Should be able to develop/write the custom codes to integrate the SDK’sof any of the CRM’s.
- Should be able to take the ownership of our Cloud Telephony Integrationswith any CRM’s.
- Should be able to use AWS code commit/Git for code repository.
- Experience of min 3+years
- Must have skills in developing new user facing features using React.JS
- Passionate to create good design and usability
- A team player with excellent communication skills . Preferred Industry: Tech/SaaS companies with CRM background
